FARM FOOD VOICES 2005

On Wednesday, June 22, 2005, from 5:30 to 10:00 p.m. VICFA
co-sponsored an event which fulfilled its promise to be exciting, enjoyable, and educational. Essentially, this was an evening of fun and education, with heavy hors d'oeuvres supplied by Virginia Producers.

There was an all star line-up of speakers, MC’d by our Very Own Joel Salatin.
We had presentations by Mark McAfee from California, where he runs Organic Pastures, an innovative dairy operation that provides raw dairy products, and Dr. Ron Schmid from Connecticut, MIT grad, Naturopathic physician, author of The Untold Story of Milk, and Jersey cow owner and operator. This program was a rousing success!
